For smaller orders, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Because every item is made to order just for you, we don't accept returns or exchanges unless your item is damaged or incorrect. But don’t worry—we’ll make it right!

My item arrived damaged—what should I do?

Answer:
Oh no! If your item was damaged in transit, email us a photo at [your email] within 7 days and we’ll send a replacement ASAP. No stress, no hassle

Can I cancel or change my order?

Answer:
You can request changes or cancellations within 6 hours of placing your order. After that, we may have already started production, but we’ll do our best to help!

Do you offer store credit or refunds?

If your item arrives with a defect or mistake, we’ll gladly issue a full refund or store credit—your choice. We want you to love what you ordered!
