All of our items are printed and shipped by trusted partners in the U.S., Canada, and Europe. Each order is made just for you after you purchase—so there’s no waste, no overproduction, and a whole lot of care.

Why does everything feel so cozy?

Answer:
We carefully choose soft fabrics and gentle colors because we believe fashion should feel like a hug. You deserve comfort—inside and out.

Is RoodPelo eco-friendly?

Answer:
We partner with print-on-demand services to avoid overproduction and reduce waste. Plus, we use eco-conscious materials whenever possible. It’s small steps, but they matter.

Do you restock sold-out items?

Answer:
We try our best to restock popular designs—but since everything is made-to-order, some items may take longer or be released as limited runs. If something’s out of stock, feel free to message us! We might be able to bring it back just for you

Can I request a custom design?

Answer:
We love making things personal! If you have a quote, word, or vibe you'd love to see on a tee, feel free to reach out. We can’t promise every request will be added, but we’re always listening.

Do you offer gift packaging?

Answer:
While we don’t offer custom gift wrap just yet, our packaging is clean, minimal, and perfect for gifting as-is. If you’re sending a gift, just let us know and we’ll leave out any pricing info.

How do I track my order?

Answer:
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. You can also log into your account to check your order status anytime. Need help? We’ve got you — just email us!

What if I need to change or cancel my order?

We totally get it! If you need to change or cancel your order, please reach out to us within 6 hours of placing it. Since everything is printed just for you, we start processing quickly — so the sooner, the better!

Oh no! If your item was damaged in transit, email us a photo at [your email] within 7 days and we’ll send a replacement ASAP. No stress, no hassle

Can I cancel or change my order?

Answer:
You can request changes or cancellations within 6 hours of placing your order. After that, we may have already started production, but we’ll do our best to help!

Do you offer store credit or refunds?

If your item arrives with a defect or mistake, we’ll gladly issue a full refund or store credit—your choice. We want you to love what you ordered!

 

Why I Started My Brand
I’ve always loved positive quotes and cute clothes, so I wanted to combine both into something meaningful. I believed that if words could lift me up, they could do the same for others — especially when worn close to the heart.

What Inspired Me
The idea came from simple moments: reading a kind quote on a tough day, or putting on a cozy outfit that made me feel more like myself. I wanted to create pieces that could bring that same comfort, encouragement, and joy to others — effortlessly.
